  • What is considered ethical writing? | 901LawReview

What is considered ethical writing? A good guideline to consider when deciding if your writing is ethical is: Is my work honest and truthful? Have I misinterpreted any parts of my piece or found any sections of my piece that could be misinterpreted? (Remember, you can make a strong case without having to slander the opposing side!) Have I presented arguments using sound reasoning, facts, and justification from verifiable sources? If you can confidently answer "Yes" to these questions then you should be fine! Back
